“You’ve invested in your future. Now invest in the body that takes you there.”

PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMME + ACCOUNTABILITY
Jet-lagged in a hotel? We ease into gentle mobility and deep stretching — unwinding the tension travel stacks up.
Energised and ready to move? We build strength: calisthenics, dynamic Pilates, weights.
Preparing for a cycling adventure? We train specifically for it.
Every session is rooted in mobility and stretching work that addresses pain, restores function, and grounds you
no matter how fractured your week looks.
This isn’t template coaching. It’s programming that reads your body today and keeps you going tomorrow.
Let’s connect — and talk about how we make you a future kickass 80-year-old.

Future-proof your body, one session at a time.

15 years. Hundreds of clients. Range of methods.
I’ve coached everything — Indoor Cycling, Body Conditioning, Functional Strength training. Certified L3 Personal Trainer, Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, four Functional Range Conditioning specialisations, and three years training alongside osteopaths at the London School of Osteopathy — treating people in real pain, learning how bodies degenerate, compensate and recover.
.
What those years gave me wasn’t just a stack of qualifications — it was two distinct lenses that I now use
together. Pilates, yoga, and osteopathy taught me to listen: to how the body compensates, where it holds tension, what it’s actually asking for beneath the symptom. Strength, conditioning, and mobility work taught me to build: capacity, resilience, function that lasts. One without the other is incomplete. Real coaching lives in the space between them.
For seven years I explored what Reformer programming could unlock for people with injuries, post-surgical bodies, and those navigating later stages of life. For four years I ran a CrossFit gym in North London and supported members in building physical capacity for this demanding discipline and navigate sport injuries. Since 2020, I’ve taken that work online — bringing personalised coaching directly into people’s homes, wherever in the world they happen to be.
I’m now in what I call the Longevity Chapter. And if you’re here, you probably are too 🙂
Movement does more than most people give it credit for. Better digestion. Emotional grounding. A mood shift before you’ve had time to think about it. A lower pain threshold. A quieter nervous system. One of my clients said it best: “Good for the body, good for the soul too.”
That’s the target. Not the six-pack abs. Not the dress size.
